Return, Refund and Cancellation
We hope you will be happy with any items you’ve ordered from us, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, we will make a refund. The, details of our Refund Policy are given below.
At AL MANARA PHARMACY Website, our team ensures processing medicines as per order and prescription correctly. We also strongly recommend that the items are checked at the time of delivery. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the Situations listed below:
- Product(s)/Medicines(s) delivered do not match your order/prescription;
- You received a defective item;
- The ordered item(s) is/are lost or damaged during transit;
- The ordered item(s) is/are past its/their expiry date.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Return and Cancellation:
We hope to make our customers happy with our products and services. However, in accordance with policy of the company, we do not accept/retake items once they are sold, but we do consider stopping the dispatch of items, if the order is cancelled before the product is shipped.
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
We deliver our Products to all Emirates in UAE. Shipping will be done by the Al Manara Pharmacy Delivery Team. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and free shipping fee for orders above AED: 200. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
